Bookings are for full weeks only.
Arrival and departure day is Saturday.
Arrival from 2pm; departure by 10am.

Confirmation of Booking |
We require a deposit of 10% as confirmation of booking; your booking
is not confirmed until we receive this. You will then receive a letter of
confirmation.
The balance is due 6 weeks before the arrival date. We cannot
guarantee your booking if we have not received payment by this time.

Cancellation |
Deposits will be refunded on cancellations made up to 6 weeks before
the arrival date.

Party Numbers |
The property can accommodate a maximum of eight people and no more.

Prices |
| Prices for each week are shown on the pricing schedule (see the page
menu). Prices include full use of all of the facilities, bed linen, and
electricity. Central heating from October to April will be an extra £20
per week. We do not provide personal or beach towels. |
