1. Contract of Hire

The contract is for hire of the property for holiday purposes only.
We do not accept bookings from hirers under 18 years of age.

2. Initial Payment

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the 10% deposit. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the holiday commencement, the full rental amount will be required.

3. Balance of Payment

The Balance of Hire will be due for payment 6 weeks before the holiday start date, We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the full payment has not been received by 21 days before the holiday start date.

4. Electricity and Heating

Electricity is included in the price. Central heating is charged at £20 per week between October and April.

5. Linen and Towels

Bed linen is included in the price. Personal towels and beach towels are not provided.

6. Pets

One well-behaved dog is accepted. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the house. Please be responsible for removing any evidence left by your pet, in consideration for guests visiting after you have gone.

7. Cleaning

The house is cleaned thoroughly between holidays. We should be grateful if you would leave the property and its contents clean and tidy.

8. Damages

Please advise us of all damages and breakages to enable us to do any repairs as quickly as possible. Minor breakages will not normally be charged for.
